All it needs is two pieces of 18-Volt Compact Lithium-Ion batteries and there you go. The only one con I noticed was the Milwaukee is slightly heavier though it is still easy to use. I strongly recommend this impact driver though a conventional 12 or 14.4 volt impact driver will suffice for most jobs, an 18 volt model is well worth the small increase in price.
